THE ROLE

Be part of the team that will enable the fulfillment product network expansion and use commercial and logistics experience to actively participate in the design, validation and implementation for solutions for new and existing business categories.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Create detailed implementation plans including milestone deliverables and project update meetings at the appropriate points in time in partnership with Project Team.
    • Research and development; evaluate the effectiveness of new tools and systems and provide feedback to other teams.
    • Participate and develop pilots and proof of concept processes, ensure that these are translated and communicated across the network to improve/meet operational goals.
    • Aims to standardize layouts and operating procedures across Fulfillment Network, to streamline future launches.
    • Work with the product teams to ensure that we align paths that are the right fit for Farfetch from the outset, while providing technical advice and operational guidance towards 3PL suppliers within the fulfillment scope.
    • Work with other Logistics teams (Delivery, Supply Chain, Operations) to ensure projects align and do not conflict in objectives. Having a liaison practice with FxFF Logistics and Fulfillment Principals to assure that we chose paths that are the right fit for Farfetch from the outset
    • Be a continuous improvement agent, feeding our internal practice with the insights from your field experience.


WHO YOU ARE

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (additional 5 years of experience in Lieu of a degree).
    • 5+years' fulfillment, warehouse, project management or business experience with at least 3 years of experience building solutions that based on technology and operational requirements.
    • Experience in product or program management, business development or technology. And you are eager to participate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of team's framework and practices.
    • Experience contributing to discussions around distribution/warehouse operations focused on technology related to a product. Good knowledge on end-to-end product delivery.
    • Understand complex analytics topics, distil them into simple conclusions and visualizations. Proven track record of success working as a lead/part of a project team delivering on complex projects.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with large groups of people with experience with senior stakeholder management.
    • Fluent in English.
