Overview
The Global Internal Communications and Engagement Manager leads, supports and enhances the way we communicate with one another globally. They own the internal communications and engagement strategy, and plan, facilitate and create campaigns that bring our Stella McCartney vision and purpose to life, aiding an inclusive and engaged culture.

The Global Internal Communications and Engagement Manager leads, supports and enhances the way we communicate with one another globally. You will have a passion for people, culture and engagement. You'll work closely with our global leadership team, Chief People Officer and Global Head of Inclusion & People to engage our people through creative communication of Stella McCartney's purpose and goals.
Your Mission:
- Work in partnership with the leadership team to inspire, inform and connect all Stella McCartney employees across the globe
- Devise and drive a global IC strategy and calendar aligned with the overall purpose and goals of SMC
- Support the People Managers in the markets on local communication and engagement strategies
- Manage our Stella community communication platform; Workplace by Facebook, globally
- Advise the CEO and global leadership team on monthly Global Town Hall meetings, and create supporting presentations and circulars
- Create exciting global and localised campaigns that are in line with brand vision and communications strategy
- Create regular company updates - storytelling, success stories, news, resources
- Support the Global Head of Inclusion with co-ordination of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and communication
- Lead the global Culture Board in collaboration with the Global Head of Inclusion & People
- In partnership with the Global Workplace Manager, organise events that bring our vision to life and support employee total wellbeing. Organise local community events from social gatherings to private sales.
- Celebrate our people through empowering storytelling
- Create innovative content for our wellbeing and diversity strategy
Your Talent:
- You will have experience across multiple aspects of internal communication and engagement including channel management, leadership communication, internal events and partnering
- You have excellent written and verbal skills and are a great storyteller
- You know how to engage and inspire people across a range of channels (i.e. digital / f2f etc)
- You have experience working in a fast paced and high profile environments
- You have gravitas to engage and influence with key internal stakeholders
- You are adaptable with the ability to think quickly as situations change / demands alter
- You are connected to industry and keep up with fashion, sustainability and culture news
Systems and Essentials:
- Demonstrable experience in Communications at an experienced level
- Likely knowledge of Workplace by Facebook
- A whizz with Microsoft & Adobe Suite
