The Category Operations Team is a highly specialized Team focusing on excellent and efficient high-quality execution in Buying and Merchandising processes. As a Coordinator you will focus on fostering a strong service and support mindset within the team and conduct functional support and onboarding, while bringing your expertise into improving the processes, being the expert knowledge.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Ensure and implement best-practice sharing within the team and foster a strong service and support mindset within the COps Team
  • Organize and conduct functional upskilling and onboarding for new team members and team on specific process improvements
  • Ensure regular exchange with interface team from Supply Expert Functions when needed
  • Monitor workload and track progress against goals on a process level to ensure there are no backlogs (eg. all ICM tickets, central tracking sheet, email boxes, etc.)
  • Provide regular updates on completed activities (highlights, lowlights, issues, insights)
  • Initiate and execute constant process improvements, standardization and efficiencies in close collaboration with Senior Operations Specialist, Process Captains and Lead, and challenge future process & tool changes and align with central SEF teams
  • Be an integral part of / lead projects to create overall impact on the team as well as encouraging strong collaboration with various stakeholders

WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR
  • An empathetic Go To Person
  • Apprenticeship or first relevant professional experience in an administrative role. Ideally, you also have experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP etc.)
  • Focus on accuracy and quality while working with data and numbers. Strong experience working with MS Office, especially Excel and Google Apps
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments, embracing collaboration and acting proactively. Be open to continuous change and actively seek improvements and practical solutions in your area of responsibility
  • Ownership and accountability for your tasks and responsibilities. Organizing your workload efficiently, ensuring tasks are ready on time, are accurate and prioritized accordingly
