Europe Press & Talents Relations Assistant

Acne Studios is looking for an Europe Press & Talents Relations Assistant to join our PR team in Paris for a temporary contract of 6 to 8 months starting as soon as possible.

Key missions

• Assist on the daily basis the European Press and Talent Manager
• Manage the Press and Celebrities requests
• Animate the Press Website
• Coordinate requests from local press offices

Press

• Assist the European Press Manager for all daily requests and activities
• Coordinate shoppings: allocation of looks, shipping and returns
• Dressing follow up from our local press officers
• Challenge the Press Agencies on influencer relations and activations
• Develops the brand's awarness on media and digital supports
• Liaise with press agencies for all product requests
• Responsible for price requests, credits, and communication tools
• Merchandising and maintain high standards in the press showroom

Talents

• Coordination and follow-up of the celebrities' dressings
• Follow-up of appointments with stylists
• Coordination of gift lists and make sure to monitor the list of "allocated" items
• Place dressing for various events and fashion shows
• Follow-up and management of clothing loans for talents

Events

• Coordination of the European press population for fashion shows and press days: lists, invitations, dressing, gifting,
• Support for all brand events: PR actions, lists, concepts, hospitality ...

Reporting

• Update of the press website and the dedicated Tumblr
• Responsible for press reviews
• Responsible for reports and analysis; press coverage
• Follow-up and reporting for all projects: giftings, yearly samples loans
• Challenge press agencies and countries to compile reports
• Monitoring and archiving of talent posts

Management

• Manage an intern closely with the Head of Europe Press & Talents

Profile

• Academic background in Fashion Business and/or Communication
• Knowledge of the fashion industry
• Experience working within an international context, with different subsidiaries.
• Autonomous and proactive
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Dynamic with strong communication skills
• Fluent English
