We are looking for a candidate who can embody the heritage of our company create unique experience and engage clients in our store environments ultimately leading to successful selling.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and exceed KPI goals
- Manage visual aspects of store, operations, order fulfillment and customer service.
- Work closely with the store direction to create a seamless luxurious experience for clients
- Deliver individual sales by maximizing all selling opportunities and supporting the sales and operations of the boutique to both meet and exceed sales plans and profitability targets
-Host clients utilizing impeccable service standards, creating a warm environment
-Utilize exemplary strategic selling skills to effectively identify client needs and close sales
-Engaging every client which results in the highest level of satisfaction
-Fully support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches

- Proven sales track record exceeding targets
- Experience of selling in Luxury environment.
- Demonstrate excellent client relationship building skills
- Remain current and knowledgeable of fashion trends to determine opportunities to maximize sales
