Collection Development & Production Associate

Job Description:

· Assist to Plan, organize in ensuring that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications in Timely delivery

· Assist to Create healthy communication between factories /finance team/ operations and management to (via email/group texts/video calls , factory visits)

· Assist to Ensure that factories follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements

· Assist to Create and Send the production orders to each supplier with all the necessary information

· Asist the production specialist for any production related special requests -

· Asist the production specialist to Review the factories and supplier invoices

· Help update/create any product forms based on request, making sure the need is completed for any meetings or reviews.

· Assist to Follow up with production and collection development processes in different countries : Italy, India, Turkey

· Asist to Check , Control the production technical spec sheets from the Collection development team

· When necessary travel to India and Italy to oversee the production process

· Asist to prepare the document for the Payment terms and conditions of suppliers and factories

· Assist to Prepare and update collection map documents for the merchandiser

· Assist to Review the invoices for factories /Suppliers for the Collection development

· Assist to Follow up collection development in different countries : Turkey-Italy- India

· Assist to Send the sample materials / components/ embroidery orders to each supplier with all the necessary information

· Join Fitting meetings
