Nothing says fall like the colorful, white, orange and yellow candy corn candy! Some people love the slight honey taste to this really sweet candy. Others don’t care for it at all. But everyone things of fall when they see this classic Halloween candy! So we decided to turn it into a fun candy corn activity instead to celebrate Autumn! This amazing, edible playdough recipe only takes 2 minutes to make! Plus this candy corn playdough is super easy. Trust me, this easy playdough recipe is going to be your new favorite fall activity with your toddlers, preschoolers, kindergartens, and elementary age children.
Plus, since this Edible Candy Corn Playdough Recipe is made from candy corn, it is fun to play with and snack on! YUM!

Edible Playdough

Mix 3 tablespoons Crisco (or vegetable oil), 1 tablespoon water, and 2 cups candy corn in a glass bowl. Microwave 30 seconds, stir, and continue to microwave 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.

Look at that BEAUTIFUL colored fall playdough! I love the rich orange color it made – almost the color of a pumpkin – which makes me thing of fall fun too!
Be careful, the candy will be HOT when it comes out of the microwave – you may want to let it cool slightly.

Turn candy corn playdough recipe onto a surface covered with powdered sugar; knead 8-10 times using additional powdered sugar as needed to keep it from being sticky.
