Paul Smith is recruiting for a Producer to partner with the Global Head of Creative to plan and deliver the seasonal creative and content calendar. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation and execution of all campaigns and asset creation shot lists, product selections and prepping, model bookings, shooting arrangements, budget updates and purchase orders. They will oversee the preparation of campaign decks for activation and provide assets as needed to all departments and external parties.

Responsibilities:
• Own, develop and monitor production schedules and timing plans in sync with the content and creative calendars for the Marketing & Digital Marketing teams.
• Work on shot lists, ensuring key products are selected in accordance with the brand strategy and buy.
• Produce brand shoots, working alongside Global Head of Creative and external production support.
• Book talent, models, hair and make-up and arrange castings, as required. Maintain and grow a 'black book' of freelancers: creatives, directors, and editors.
• Follow up on localisation and adaptation needs from other Marketing department colleagues.
• Budget management, keeping detailed spreadsheets of costs per shoot. Generating P/O’s and ensuring all invoices are signed off and paid.
• Coordination and organising travel arrangements, catering, liaising with studios, photographers, videographers, and talent.
• Negotiate and manage appropriate usage rights for all original assets produced.
• Use comprehensive knowledge of copyrights legislation on usage rights and seek updated rules that govern usages to ensure the company's practices meets these standards.
Essential Experience and Skills Required:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with a magazine, production company or creative agency.
• Experience of developing and monitoring production schedules.
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience of coordination; organising travel, catering, liaising with studios, photographers, videographers and talent.
• Confident and capable of managing budgets, keeping detailed records of costs.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with an exceptional telephone manner.
• The ability to plan, organise and prioritise to meet set and strict deadlines.
• Good research skills with the ability to utilise a variety of medium.
• A good knowledge of London and surrounding areas.
• Comprehensive knowledge of copyrights legislation on usage rights.
• Interest and knowledge of the international fashion market and all aspects of fashion, design and production.
• Able to travel within the UK as required. Flexibility with working hours with the ability to work extended hours over busy periods.
