As the IT SPO Manager in the Zalando's Warehouse IT department you will be our 3PL warehousing partner in Poland, Bydgoszcz. In this role you are responsible for IT Support & Infrastructure in the warehouse. Taking care of Zalando Lounge interests you act as owner of the systems and infrastructure and provide continuous and excellent IT support to achieve the highest level of availability of our services. You will also take responsibility for the on-site relationship with our fulfillment partner, including preparations and ramp up of the warehouse. • Together with our 3PL partner you are responsible for the flawless functioning of the (IT) technical systems and infrastructure within our 100.000 m2 warehouse. You have the ability to plan and prioritize activities related to maintenance, IT services and projects. All in accordance with Zalando Standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the international Warehouse IT team, site teams, 3PL partners, local (logistics and technical) service providers, and the wider business. You act as the local expert and implement a strong local IT service operation taking into account all your stakeholders interests.
• Driving continuous Innovation by getting involved as a business consultant on all local projects that are related to IT - which is nearly everything!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A bachelor degree in computer studies together with 3-5 years of experience.
• A team player with a drive to connect to others.
• Business fluency in Polish and English language.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong and successful relationships within and outside the company.
• An entrepreneurial approach and passion for technology.
• With your strong analytical abilities you use data and facts for problem solving, decision making, measuring success and minimizing risks.
• With your hands-on mentality you take on problems and find efficient solutions.
• You have sound knowledge of Windows, Linux, computer networks.
• You are familiar with how IT systems are operating and what are the dependencies within.
