Implementation & Ramp up Manager (w/m/d)

As an Implementation & Ramp up Manager (w/m/d) for the Service Provider Operations Team as part of the Zalando Lounge Logistics Operations, you will be responsible for making sure that our logistics network is able to cope with the growth by delivering new warehouses on time. This includes the User acceptance tests, reviewing software proposals and also defining processes for automation technologies. In addition, you make sure that we are always up to date regarding the projects. In case of delays you are highlighting them early and work proactively on mitigation measures. The successful candidate will be playing a notable role in further growth of Zalando Lounge. You will participate in the latest planned long term strategic projects and you will have the opportunity to work on our logistics software and state of the art automation technology.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

• Keep track and offer transparency regarding all ongoing projects and work packages related to ramp ups and implementations of our warehouses.
• Accepting challenges, acting proactive and solving problems by among others using data
• Contribute to the development of a clear process for side ramp-ups and terminated go-lives including standardized documentation, mitigation measures, escalation process and stakeholder involvement.
• Having a clear vision of the processes to succeed in the long run to optimally support the ambitious growth targets.
• Making sure the delivered work packages are fitting to the operational needs and valuable for our customers. In addition, ensuring smooth implementations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Logistics background preferable including software and automation technology and the connected implementation processes
• A structured and organized way of working which includes an unmatched level of documentation and transparency
• Project & process driven, passionate in efficiency improvements (logistic processes, software, automation technology)
• High communication skills, ability to fluently communicate in English at different levels. Knowledge of Polish and German is a plus
• Achieve the goal together with others, our strong team requires a Teamplayer
• This position requires flexibility for travelling
