Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the 'birthplace of Portugal'. This is where our European Production team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility which has a games room, music area and unbeatable chill out zone with a hammock that fits up to 20 people!
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Production Support Agent to join the Farfetch Platform Solutions Content team at Farfetch. Reporting to the Senior Content Lead, you will work with our Production facilities to ensure the team's copywriting goes live on time and to a standard fitting of a high-end fashion brand. You will oversee the CMS upload process and ensure quality, consistency and accuracy across all content on our FPS websites.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support with daily CMS uploads and perform quality control checks;
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues;
- Help manage incoming requests from the FPS Service Desk, responding to clients and redirecting when needed;
- Take technical details for products at our Production facility;
- Support new members of the team - introducing them to the upload process and ensuring they have access to internal tools;
- Suggest ideas for process improvements.
WHO YOU ARE
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written);
- Outstanding customer service skills;
- You have 2+ years experience in retail, customer service or production;
- Knowledgeable and passionate about fashion at all levels;
- Knowledgeable about garment and accessory construction.
