JOB SUMMARY

Support retail team and store

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand Tory Burch after sales service standard and guidelines
  • Be able to handle store and EC quality inquiries according to Tory Burch guideline
  • Regularly communicate quality subjects (Newsletter)
  • Responsible for customer service hotline
  • Collect quality feedback from stores and communicate with MD team
  • Order placements of spare parts when needed

Retail Administration
  • Assist retail team on consolidation of information
  • Assist to process vendor payments
  • Organize and maintain the retail store list
  • Assist with Retail approval procedure
  • Corporate office support


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience,
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basic English Business writing
