JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY
Support retail team and store
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand Tory Burch after sales service standard and guidelines
- Be able to handle store and EC quality inquiries according to Tory Burch guideline
- Regularly communicate quality subjects (Newsletter)
- Responsible for customer service hotline
- Collect quality feedback from stores and communicate with MD team
- Order placements of spare parts when needed
Retail Administration
- Assist retail team on consolidation of information
- Assist to process vendor payments
- Organize and maintain the retail store list
- Assist with Retail approval procedure
- Corporate office support
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Minimum 2 years retail experience,
- Computer skills - Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic English Business writing
