Our powerhouse team made up of Personal Stylists, Marketing, Client Development, Customer Service and Operations are committed to ensuring our clients receive an unrivalled premium service - available only on FARFETCH.

TOKYO

Our Tokyo office is positioned in the central fashion district, Harajuku / Omotesando, where Japanese street trends flourish. Our modern office has a fantastic view of Tokyo, where Farfetchers can enjoy the dynamic city landscape. It's home to our Japan-based Business Development, Marketing and Partner Services teams.

THE ROLE

You will report to the Private Client Manager in Japan

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop VIP sales with existing and potential clients
• Offer top level, client-specific advice and services
• Communicate with clients through texting, e-mail, phone etc.

• VIP顧客のお客様と直接又はお電話、メール、チャット、ソーシャルメディアやオンラインミーティングを通じてのコミュニケーション
• チーム及び個人の営業目標、顧客満足度の達成

WHO YOU ARE

• Business level Japanese and basic level of English
• In-depth fashion and trend knowledge (preferably luxury fashion)
• Sales experience in luxury/fashion industry
• Substantial list of live clients preferred
• Computer and digital proficiency is preferred
• Knowledge or interest in luxury digital platform/E-commerce
