Product Manager

We are looking for a product manager with at least three years experience, ready to hit the ground running at a company which is scaling up quickly.

Duties

Collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to understand the product vision and create a data-driven product strategy to bring it to life.

Align the tech team to product vision and strategy, project manage to ensure deliverables are met on time. 

Collaborate with the tech team to create quarterly KPIs.

Use qualitative and quantitative (customer interviews, focus groups) data to validate ideas, drive prioritisation of new features and optimisation of the product. 

Suggest and create ways to test new features, workflows and designs.

Work cross-departmentally to understand how the business operates and how technology can best support them, including CRM, operational tools and processes. Be proactive in finding new technologies, including process automation to help solve issues.

Oversee the ongoing implementation and monitoring of risk, compliance and regulatory controls on the technology platform
