THE ROLE

You'll help provide digital production and catalogue management capabilities to allow our partners to brilliantly manage their growing curated catalogues with reduced time to market. You'll report to the Lead Product Manager of the vertical.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Rely on data-driven techniques to present and secure approval from senior management and other important partners. Champion the needs of our teams and partners throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals
    • Anticipate upstream and downstream impacts and work with internal business groups to adjust business tools and practices to support new features
    • Develop supporting business cases, including financial impact and benefits statements, to support feature/functionality concepts and sell the concepts to internal audiences through convincing oral and written presentations
    • Gather input from a variety of sources to establish product vision and roadmap
    • Map production processes to improve them to reduce wasted time and costs through proposed evolutions for tools that we have implemented, automation opportunities and possible integrations between Production systems
    • Respond to the needs of customers throughout the development process; analyze competitors and market trends; develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communications


WHO YOU ARE

    • 4+ years of experience managing tech products
    • You can think globally and frame new and complex issues
    • Marketplace experienced: preferably experienced in an omnichannel company
    • Experienced in using data to inform important decisions
    • You have seamless English skills
