To strengthen our Group Strategy & Corporate Development team, we are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Head of Market, Competition & Consumer Analytics (m/f/d) who wants to make a difference and is up for new challenges.
What you can expect:
- In your position as Head of Market, Competition & Consumer Analytics you will be reporting to the VP Group Strategy & Corporate Development and lead the Market, Competition and Consumer Analytics team.
- In this role you will anticipate relevant trends and dynamics within and beyond the industry you will fuel leading the market, competition and consumer research function.
- You create value by improving decision making and fuelling the company with new ideas through actionable insights from all relevant fields.
- You will strengthen existing and implement additional quantitative & qualitative research methodologies in the fields of market, competition and consumer.
- Together with your team, you will be responsible for increasing market intelligence and deriving growth opportunities for the HUGO BOSS brand portfolio by calculating market sizes & shares and identifying key growth drivers.
- You and your team will be responsible for competition insights and competitive benchmarking for a key set of competitors covering a broad range of aspects.
- Together with your team, you will be responsible for monitoring the brands' performances across different dimensions and touchpoints offline & online and communicating key consumer insights into the organization.
Your profile:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (strategy consultancy or comparable role at research institute or retailer company or consumer brand company)
- Successfully completed master's degree/ MBA or equivalent
- Experienced in the market research context
- Detail-oriented, pragmatic and solution-oriented work
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for new challenges
- Experienced in mentoring and coaching teams and passionate to help team members to develop
- Strong communication skills including excellent written and spoken in English
- Pro-active and action-oriented team player, highly organized and self-directed
