WOOD WOOD Soho London Part-Time Sales Assistant

Working within our WOOD WOOD London Soho store you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the achievement of the store’s success.
As an ambassador for Wood Wood, we expect a strong selling attitude and a keen interest in the product. 

POSITION DETAILS 

• Ensure an outstanding level of customer service at all times. • 
• Demonstrate knowledge of all collections, products and trends in store and ensure customers are aware of • this information. 
• Deliver sales targets and maximise performance. 
• Maintain the store’s visual identity and interior to the highest possible level. 
• Participate in retail training and store events. 
• Support management of stock. 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• You are a talented, ambitious sales orientated person who loves products. 
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. 
• You have experience from a similar position within the industry. 
• You can work flexible working hours within the store opening hours. 
• You have a sound knowledge of the fashion industry. 

EXPECTATIONS 

• Understanding of the Wood Wood brand profile.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic. 
• Excellent personal presentation skills.
• Keen interest in the brand and products in-store. 
• Results orientated salesperson who enjoys working in a young creative and dedicated team.
• Understands and delivers against retail KPI’s
• You have sound knowledge of the fashion industry. 
• Problem-solving attitude.
