Shanghai Office is recently opened to lead the group business in APAC. We are looking for a number of talents to build our retail team, for Head office and Shop to be opened in Shanghai.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales Assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising.

What Your Day to Day Will Look Like

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Assisting with receiving of new stock
• Reporting to the store manager
• Display in-depth understanding and knowledge of merchandise
• Follow all companies’ policies and procedures

What You Need to Succeed

• 1-2 years’ experience as a sales assistant in luxury retail
• Keen interest and passion for luxury fashion
• Knowledge of English is a plus
