Sales Assistant

Rainbowwave Limited is looking for a reliable Sales Assistant to support our Retail Manager in creating high end customer experiences in one of our retail spaces in Marylebone. This role will require the individual to be reliable, committed and proactive to assist in fulfilling the retail needs as specified by the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Retail Manager for sales queries, supporting instore and ecommerce customer service
• Provide first class service to customers with confident product knowledge
• Stock and POS system management
• Work with Retail manager to visual merchandise and create social media content
• Reliable to open and close shop premises

The Candidate:

• Proven experience of successful selling in a luxury retail management environment
• Keen interest and knowledge in luxury products
• Organised, self-motivated, with desire and ability to achieve sale targets and multitask
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays to support business needs
• Previous experience managing POS systems such as Shopify advantageous
• Capable of creating and sharing content on social media platforms
• Comfortable working independently and in small teams
