People Operation Specialist

As a People Operation Specialist, you will rethink and redirect the processes in our HR administration. Together with a team of five, you will free an entire department from tedious paperwork and drive our development forward at high speed as a digital pacemaker.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

• Introduce the electronic personnel file and implement the WorkDay software. As a project manager, you are involved in all steps and play a key role in shaping the future of the People and Organisation department.
• As an analyst, you sit in our cockpit of key performance indicators and let the figures speak for themselves in a meaningful and precise way. Derive the right recommendations for measures from this
• Be responsible for SAP organisation management and optimise the processes in personnel administration. With quick and practical solutions - from conception to decision-making and roll-out
• Create labour law sanctions such as admonitions, warnings or terminations and find the right tone for every challenge

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have a degree in economics and several years of professional experience in human resources.
• Your quick grasp and strong analytical skills are just as much in demand as your experience in process optimisation and the implementation of digital solutions.
• Your DNA works indispensably on rethinking existing processes.
• In addition, you convince with excellent communication skills in German as well as with good English language skills.
