CREATIVE OPERATIONS

We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. THE ROLE

As a Process Owner you are responsible of managing a process from end-to-end, starting with defining new processes, implement them and also ensure its maintenance. Reporting to the Process Manager, you'll bring your capacity to improve our processes and also bring newness to our ways of working, other vision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage new projects implementation in our business units, partnering with other teams and being a primary main contact for productive teams;
• Responsible of improvement our process focused on quality and efficiencies;
• The primary contact to support any process issue and root cause analysis in an effective way;
• Ensure with proper routines the process maintenance throughout the regions and seek for standardization.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology;
• 4+ years of experience in a similar area;
• Familiar with concepts like Lean Methodology such as Process Mapping, Muda, Value Stream Mapping, 6M, Makigami;
• Advanced knowledge on and experienced in Kaizen Methodology in past years and root cause analysis;
• Good verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory);
• Record of managing diverse projects and time constraints.
