Covering the entire order journey, we create our online content, secure payments and fraud process compliance, ensure order fulfilment and delivery, while providing customer and partner care. THE ROLE

Reporting to the Inbound Manager, you will support our warehouses in Daventry and NL and ensuring an efficient and strong operation. You will act as a liaison between our 3rd party warehouse, our suppliers, our internal stakeholders and the wider operations department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage all stock bookings with brands and arrivals between Clipper (our external logistics provider) and F x FF
• Ensure daily priorities are carried out in accordance with F x FF's requirements
• Monitor Clipper SLA's and KPIs
• Responsible for onsite SOX compliance and stock accuracy, being a liaison between the warehouse teams and the finance department/external auditors
• Collaborate with Stock team on internal & external stock takes and stock queries
• Ensure compliance between Cegid and Priam
• Communicate with external stakeholders & commercial teams within Farfetch
• Liaise with our Buying team to rectify queries in a timely manner

WHO YOU ARE

• You have excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience in an operations environment (warehousing or shipping)
• You are comfortable communicating with a number of internal and external stakeholders, via email and on calls
• You are detail oriented and take ownership of tasks from start to finish
• You are comfortable interpreting and manipulating data related to stockholding
• You are confident juggling multiple tasks
