The purpose of the warehousing analyst role is to support the FxFF operations team through the creation of best-in-class warehousing reporting, covering: customer, stock loss and financial performance. This role will shape our reporting architecture for the globe.

THE ROLE
The purpose of the warehousing analyst role is to support the FxFF operations team through the creation of best-in-class warehousing reporting, covering: customer, stock loss and financial performance. This role will shape our reporting architecture for the globe.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Compile weekly warehousing KPI update for COO, SVP, Directors.
- Work with the Senior Head of Operations to build standard suite of global warehousing reporting, taking data directly from JDA (WMS) and turning into meaning output reviewed daily, weekly and monthly
- Collate and report stock adjustment data from all FxFF site and reporting on trends and root causes liaising with FxFF SOX teams
- Analyze the warehouses financial performance flagging opportunities and risk operations teams
- SME with FxFF Ops for data suits: Looker and Tableau. Working and coaching operations teams how to use them to leverage insights
- Support in-territory Farfetch operational teams with ad hoc analysis
- Create global warehousing capacity reporting tracking space utilization
- Able and willing to engage with the global team through occasional site visits to UK, US and EU sites
WHO YOU ARE
- Understanding of online fulfillment operations and warehousing
- Advanced Excel - ability to use complex formulas, pivots and create models
- Ideally SQL experience - comfortable writing queries
- Experience using and developing Looker and Tableau reports
- Advantageous: Experience working with WMS (JDA)
- Strong numerical skills; comfortable manipulating and interpreting data sets and communicating insights and actions to stakeholders in a meaningful way.
- Strong attention to detail and investigative nature.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English
