As our Lead for HR Services (Payroll and HR Administration) at the logistics centre in Lahr, you and your team of six experts are competent contact persons for the smooth running of all topics relating to the support of (future) employees at Zalando. WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

• Process expertise: You are responsible for administrative HR work along the employee lifecycle as well as payroll accounting, year-end procedures and are the contact person for auditors and accountants as well as for health insurance companies and tax offices.
• Talent management: You establish a healthy, vibrant and diverse team culture and create a working environment where our talents can flourish.
• Inspirational leadership skills: You foster a high-performing and service-oriented team atmosphere and inspire others along the way to embody our customer-first approach.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration
• Initial leadership experience of an expert-team
• SAP knowledge and experience in working with works councils desirable
• Fluency in German. English and/or French desirable
