LOCATION: SMCP NORTH AMERICA HEADQUARTERS - 44 WALL STREET, NEW YORK, NY

SMCP is searching for a Digital Project Manager to lead the technical implementation of our omnichannel services including Ship from Store, Click and Collect, Return in Store among others, and to launch our Canada E-Shop. This is a contract position.

What you'll do:

• Manage project tasks, timetables, budgets and deliverables
• Coordinate technical and business streams to ensure a successful project launch
• Coordinate development and integration with our project teams in France
• Coordinate third party contractors
• Translate technical, business and functional requirements into project tasks
• Define omnichannel services deployment plan
• Analyze impact on retail and supply operations to estimate preliminary scope, change management efforts, budget and schedule
• Prepare operations guidelines
• Organize the training programs

Who you are:

• Experienced collaborator with IT & Development teams
• Previous experience in Ecommerce and Omnichannel
• Excellent ability to work across multiple teams with the ability to lead project
• Performance and solution driven
• Strong analytical skills, multitasking
• Enthusiast, able to motivate, to face challenging situations
• Previous experience in a fashion retail
• Digital minded, curious about new habits and client's behaviors
• Fluent in French would be helpful, but is not a requirement
