SMCP USA Inc. (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, De Fursac) is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to join our Ecommerce Department focusing on E-Partners. This position is responsible for daily operational tasks to support the Sandro and Maje digital businesses. Working directly with the Digital, Drop Ship Partners, Customer Service and Logistics teams to support daily business and the launch of new marketplaces. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing French retail group in the affordable luxury sector.

What you'll do:
- Manage all product data and product information in systems across all retailer partners.
- Compile product copy & information into partner templates adhering to strict turn-in deadlines
- Coordinate image assets from photoshoot reception to retouching to e-partners final asset deliveries
- Track product activation and lead time for all partner sites
- Constant audit of the sites ensuring brand alignment across all channels
- Coordinate marketing exposure opportunities with external and internal stakeholder
- Track order flows to ensure there are no outstanding orders past their SLA's. Communicate with the warehouse and logistics team accordingly
- Monitor and troubleshoot delays and fulfillment issues that may arise with the logistics team
- Review and monitor delivery flow into Canada for our local epartner and liaise with logistics on escalating delays,
- Track monthly payments and communicate with finance team and partner AP/AR teams
- Support the launch of new marketplaces from an operational POV
- Investigate inventory discrepancies that result in canceled orders, work with logistics team to reconcile
- Work closely with counterparts in Paris headquarters to ensure we're replicating best practices on all systems on an ongoing basis
Who you are:
- Ideal education, previous work experience, special skills (e.g., foreign languages), and personal characteristics.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- One year of related experience
- Strong Analytics skills
- Experience training/working with digital or retail systems
- Familiarity with Storeland & QlikView a plus
Special Skills:
- Foreign Languages, a plus

- Highly motivated, self-starting individual & strategic thinker
- Must be hands on and enjoy working in a highly creative and entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
