Job Title: Media Assistant
Primary Purpose: kate spade new york is looking for a media assistant to contribute to managing full-funnel media channels. A successful media assistant will be responsible for working with the Director and Media Managers to set the strategy, day-to-day management, and successful execution of these channels. This role will work directly with the Media team to implement the overall strategy to drive sales and increase ROI. This role will be instrumental in building a best-in-class marketing strategy that drives performance across the funnel and fuels new customer growth. This position works with the Media Managers and Media Director to ensure all aspects of media activations are executed with excellence, including working collaboratively across internal teams (tapestry Center of Excellence, project management, buying, PR, site, creative, and IT teams) and external teams (marketing agencies, vendors, partners) to execute.

- Act as subject matter expert for all things affiliate, out of home, YouTube, video content, endemic partnerships and print marketing by supporting the paid media team in internal briefing, trafficking of all collateral, testing, and execution
- Manage placement spec requirements across all paid media channels, paying close attention to detail and conducting multiple rounds of QA before final submission.
- Support the Media team in creating and implementing acquisition, retention and reactivation marketing strategies, driving incremental growth in support of katespade.com and kate spade surprise sale site
- Ensure flawless execution of media activations across paid media channels with a strong focus on executional excellence
- Act as a liaison with external vendors and agencies to proactively keep ahead of timelines, deliverables, and communications
- Contribute to the process of briefing and approving creative assets through the creative team
- Liaise and collaborate with the brand marketing team and tapestry's Center of Excellence team to enable full funnel campaigns across paid media channels
- Manage paid media team asset trafficking documents and calendars, assuring all tactics are accounted for and executed properly
- Support paid media team on monthly and quarterly financial accrual and invoicing submission processes - with the ability to reconcile any variances between budgets and invoices.
- Ideate efficiencies within current marketing processes, establishing framework for new ones - if needed
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to communicate digital campaign strategies for all launches and promotional activity
- Understand the digital competitive arena. Bring new ideas to the table based on competitive review of the digital and online marketplace as well as following industry news.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of specialized experience and expertise within paid or brand media, ideally with a recognized brand in retail/fashion or at an agency
- Experience and passion in performance or brand marketing with knowledge of data-driven decisions and implementing growth strategies based on establishing efficiency at scale
- Expertise in standard industry reporting and diagnostic tools
- Working business knowledge of product feed management, troubleshooting, data feeds, etc.
- Direct to consumer e-commerce experience is highly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMif statements, etc.)
