This role will increase brand recognition and sales of Paul Smith by working alongside and assisting the Global Marketing Team in the planning and execution of marketing and client initiatives in the North America market. This role will work alongside the retail, wholesale, ecommerce and press departments to grow and strengthen the brand presence while maintaining its core values.
Paul Smith employees are currently working in a hybrid in-person/ remote work environment. Candidates should be in the local area and be able to report to our NYC offices.
Specific Responsibilities
•To assist the Global Marketing & Communications team to develop and implement seasonal marketing plans for Paul Smith LLC in the North American market.
•To support the Wholesale Marketing team with NA specific activations – maintaining and developing relationships on the ground with key partners as well as supporting on planning and budgets.
•Work closely with the Retail Marketing team to support local activity for NA Paul Smith shop locations.
•Support the digital marketing team on localized communications and planning through key channels including Email, Affiliates, Paid Search and Social.
•Work collaboratively with the press, retail, ecommerce, and wholesale departments on strategic projects such as product or campaign launches to ensure all company messaging, initiatives and assets are accurately posted in the local market.
•To partner with the Senior Marketing team on creating branded presentations to support growth in the market.
•Prioritize clienteling and CRM culture at retail. Become the link between CRM teams and retail. Work with the CRM team to ensure all client lists are correctly targeted and report on the success of initiatives.
•Coordinate with all NA Ecommerce platforms (PS ecom, Klarna, SPO) to ensure all company messaging, initiatives and assets are accurately posted.
•To assist on coordinating the NA seasonal budget proposals with senior team members to meet short- and medium-term priorities.
•Drive marketing innovation, by performing regular competitor analysis and keeping up to date with new retail marketing opportunities.
•Any other tasks as outlined by the Line Manager.
Essential Experience and Skills Required
•3+ years experience working in Marketing/Agency within the fashion industry (luxury experience preferred).
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to communicate cross functionally and confident in interacting with all levels of staff within the company.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Able to operate both a Mac and PC with Mac OS and Window operating systems.
•Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook platform and ESP experience a plus.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•Previous experience creating marketing assets.
•Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
